Monica Bourgeau, MS, Founder, CEO, Futurist, Award-Winning Author, and Consultant
At a time when change is happening at every level of our world, Monica Bourgeau is passionate about shining a light into the future and helping visionary leaders spark transformation and step powerfully into the new paradigm of business and society.
A futurist and healthcare exec with more than two decades leading change and innovation, both in the C-Suite and at the helm of non-profits, Monica sees possibility where others shrink away.
Monica works with bold leaders who are reimagining business and healthcare. They are designing human-centric and purposeful workplaces with new systems and ways of operating.
She’s an energetic and sought-after speaker and writer and is the author of the award-winning book The Change Code modeling for leaders worldwide how to catalyze, connect, and stay curious.
Monica has more than twenty years of experience in healthcare leadership positions, including nearly ten years leading national rural healthcare transformation programs for critical access hospitals.
She has a master’s degree in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership from Warner Pacific University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, and completed the MBA Foundations program at the University of Montana.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Monica practicing yoga, snuggling her rescue dogs, and spending time with her family. Monica believes we each have a duty to leave the world a little better than we found it.

Kami Norland, MA, ATR, Consultant
Kami Norland, MA, ATR began her career working at a rural outpatient mental health center where she identified how the stigma of behavioral health impacted a multitude of injustices for individuals experiencing trauma, grief, and mental illnesses. This experience drove her desire to create systemic changes within health care, inspiring her to work with the National Rural Health Resource Center where she served on the leadership team. In her role there as a Community Program Manager, Kami traveled
across the US working with state and federal government agencies, small rural hospitals, rural health clinics and networks, and numerous community collaboratives on: community needs assessments, strategic planning and policy development, rural health leadership, population health, community wellness, hospice & palliative care, Veteran’s health, the integration of behavioral health, health information technology, and rural health quality initiatives.
Kami has sat on over a dozen local, state, national and international boards, including a governor appointed health task force and a senator health advisory committee. Kami is now the founder and CEO of Integrative Re-Sources, LLC, an organization designed to support healthcare providers on the integration of resilience and mental wellbeing in their work. Norland is also the co-founder of the global online learning collaborative- Elevate Compassion Coalition that aims to support the health of communities through compassion. Kami is a former franchise holder of the Global Center for Resiliency and Wellbeing under Dr. Amit Sood’s Stress Management and Resilience Training program and has studied mind-body medicine at Harvard Medical School’s Benson Henry Institute. She is certified in online facilitation and experiential facilitation design, trauma-informed care, and practices positive and somatic psychology. An organization’s greatest asset is the health of its people. Being intentional about our mental wellbeing, simply, makes –cents!
Marj Cervania, Executive Assistant
Marj is the Executive Assistant and Graphic Designer for the team at New Phase Partners. With years of experience and collaborations with various projects, she learned the fundamentals of good project management skills. She also has vast experience with the creative side, leading her to be able to see different perspectives.
She has continually pursued growth and various disciplines to broaden her own knowledge in the field while integrating her own passion. She believes that stories through visual communication and effective design can have a strong impact on different aspects and this motivates her to persistently give quality work.
With her creativity, strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, time management, carefully thought-out design strategies, and determination for growth, she is able to keep projects running smoothly and on time while trying out new things.
