“Working with Monica opened our leadership team’s eyes to a whole new approach to growing a business based on innovation and being people-centered. We learned about individual team member strengths and areas of interest, how we can spend more time doing what we’re good at and we love, and what it would look like to leverage strengths and fill in gaps externally to meet company objectives.
After working with Monica, our team continues to explore ideas around redesigning our operating system to best align with our core values, leverage and build on individual strengths, and empower our local teams, which has the radical potential to set us apart from our peers in our industry.”

“When Community Heath Partners wanted to host the first Hackathon in the state of Colorado and the first Hackathon in the country on the topic of Medicaid, they immediately contracted with Monica Bourgeau. Monica’s healthcare expertise and her experience organizing the ‘Rural Medicine Hackathon & Ignite Rural Medicine’ program in Montana, made her the ideal candidate to run a program of the size and scope Community Health Partners needed to make their program a success.
Monica recruited faculty from the MIT Hackathon program, organized a team of Community Health Partner staff to develop the event agenda, secured a venue, and directed a Hackathon event that brought in over ninety local and a national leaders and innovators, who over two intense days developed eight programs and proposals designed to improve Medicaid delivery in Colorado.
The success of this program, and the energy, innovation, and enthusiasm created this program changed our community’s perspective on healthcare reform and how communities could be empowered to improve local care. Community Health Partners expresses its greatest appreciation to Monica Bourgeau for her leadership and drive in making our Hacking Medicaid event a rousing success!”
“Monica’s spark in facilitating the Business and Planning Sessions were exactly what I needed to take my business to the next level and beyond! Her insights were valuable, her guiding questions were thought-provoking and encouraging. Her approach was thorough and systematic, yet free-flowing and natural. She has mastered the balance between the art and science of facilitation!
As an entrepreneur, it can be overwhelming to take on so many roles within an organization, but Monica’s ability in helping to prioritize and provide structure was not only like a soothing blanket for my worries, but she rejuvenated my zest for making a difference within my organization. Any leader who is looking to transform their vision into reality needs to partner with Monica.”

“I watched Monica develop and grow a federally funded program from proposal, to execution, and finally, to fully operational. Under Monica’s leadership, the program and the team flourished. Monica is a strategic thinker and visionary with keen business sense. She is a collaborative leader that demonstrates passion for her work and easily translates that to a team around her. I am happy to provide this reference for Monica and am confident in the value she will bring to any organization.”

“Working with Monica provided me with more clarity on who I need to “be” to achieve my business goals. She helped me flesh things out and was a great listener who asked relevant questions. She also provided great tools that helped me get even more from our session. I’d recommend Monica to entrepreneurs who need clarity on their goals, ideal client, marketing strategies, etc. Monica has a ton of knowledge and powerful tools with which to serve. I was impressed with how prepared she was; she had taken time to research my business ahead of our meeting and provided wonderful recommendations..”

“Monica did a great job facilitating discussion on the wicked (ongoing, complex) problems we face in this world and then led us through an exercise where we created our on polarity map. This exercise helped us identify our mutual goals/common fears and taught us how to approach these types of problems with more understanding. By the end of our discussion, we understood the shift in approach that creates a win/win for all of us!”
